Credit Card Payments
All payments made by credit or debit card are securely processed and correspond to the confirmation of tourism services previously requested by the client.
Non-Refundable
Once the payment has been processed, no partial or full refunds will be issued, except in cases where the service is cancelled solely due to reasons attributable to Sloth Tamarindo Tours.
Changes and Cancellations
Date changes are accepted only with a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior notice and are subject to availability.
Any cancellation or change request made with less than 72 hours’ notice, on the same day of the tour, or at the time of pick-up will result in a 100% penalty, with no right to a refund.
